They looked for a way not to let me return my sneakers and assisted that I did. Something wrong would not return or let me return. My sneakers said there was a reason in their return policy that never existed. I never took my sneakers out of the box. Never worn them. Wanted to return them because had to purchase a pair of locally due to time issues. They said that that was not one of the reasons to return sneakers. Only if there is a defect and only if they made a mistake in size well not let you return sneakers for no reason as a store would be very careful with this company. Website was from Virginia sneakers for delivered from New York and my phone calls were answered via text from New Jersey. Sounds a little fishy. Do not want to return a refund at all costs. Very unhappy
