Got what I didn’t order On November 13, 2023 I ordered What I thought was an anime zippered hoodie sweatshirt jacket because that how it was described and it would arrive by November 28th 2023 and when it arrived almost a month later Dec 6th to be exact( after my grandson’s birthday Dec 4th)it was not what I thought I ordered it was just hoodie sweatshirt made of polyester not good quality at all for the price not it all together I paid close to $60.00 they should specify clearly that you can choose a hoodie or a zippered hoodie anyhow won’t be buying from there again. The yaka no good👎

I used fast delivery and you stat the same time for production and delivery up to 10 days each. Should get a full refund for no delivery. You have not offered any refund. Your site give 5-7 days production and 5-7 days delivery we would get product. Ordered Dec. 1, 2023
