I ordered a necklace and a ring, delivered by Zudo, but I lost them without even wearing them and I needed for a certain and a special day. I left them a message asking if they could deliver another order if I place, and asked of they could do a special delivery for Thursday. I texted them on Friday I think and unbelievably my order was delivered on Tuesday. It was a prompt delivery. They send me a ring as a gift which I absolutely appreciate it and love it. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a little hiccup in processing and shipping my order. I ordered two of the same exact custom necklace but was only sent one. They were super responsive and even gave me a free ring with my order! Since it was custom, it took quite some time to get to me, but honestly it was so worth the wait. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry for a good cause (free Palestine!)
