There was a mishap with my shipping (which was the shipping company's fault, not theirs), someone responded to me within 24 hours and they helped resolve the issue at their own costs. A bit more material. Salam. My experience with shipping was great. My package arrived on the estimated date and the product was in perfect condition. I am a convert and am currently transitioning into wearing hijab. This was my first under-scarf and after watching many YouTube videos I felt the Ninja scarf would be the best choice. Overall it is comfortable and covers my hair and the front of my neck (my main concerns), however I do feel that it lacks coverage for the back of the neck. There is quite a bit of a gap left after tying it. After applying my actual hijab there is no exposure, it would just be nice to have that extra assurance that I know nothing will peak through. Otherwise, wonderful product- glad I purchased it.

Good for first time purchase. As a Christian learning about Islam and considering conversion I wanted to learn about the hijab and the ways of styling. I ordered the Aztec, Quad and Firework hijabs during the Ramadan sale. I love the colors but I am taking a love for the Firework I purchased in blue. It looks nice against my complexion as I styled it. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Quality not that great, colors too bold They are comfortable and hold well on my head, which I like. However, the stitching on one of the corners started becoming undone within a couple of weeks owning and I have not even washed it yet. The color choices were very limiting as they are too bold. Wish you could provide more pastel or neutral/versatile color options.
