Best purchase ever I lurked for a lomg time on this website and finally bought a FANTASTIC wig from them for an even more fantastic price! I made a mistake on the address in which I had received and contacted them immediately after noticing. Well, what made my experience the best I've ever had in 5 years of purchasing wigs online is the customer service: Linda was such a sweetheart and understood immediately my error, and successfully helped me in receiving my item in the right place! I will be purchasing from them again, not only for the marvelous quality of their merch, which came with a few gifts (absolutely loved that) and a dépliant containing care instructions, but overall for the perfect experience. 10/10

Impressed with the customer service Great customer service, seller is very friendly, listens, replies quickly and cares! I got my headband wig quickly (in a week), the quality is amazing, the hair is very soft and healthy. Beginner friendly too. The wig shed a couple of strands when I washed it but nothing serious, I could easily count them. I wholeheartedly recommend 💕
