I tried to ascertain on your website… I tried to ascertain on your website where this bag was coming from and there was no information. My tracking now tells me it’s coming from China. Had I known that I would never have ordered it. I have ordered items from China before and they have taken four and five months to arrive, others have never arrived and I had to fight to get my money back, which took over a month. I find this inappropriate.

My bag was perfect My bag was perfect! The shipping did take a while, but as it was international shipping it's to be expected. The wait was worth it, as I love the aesthetic of the bag as well as the functionality. The materials are real leather and the stitches are even and study. My favorite features are the many inner pockets for organizing, and the convertible straps so I can carry my bag however I like! Overall I have been very impressed with my product and look forward to using it for many years.

Very bad!!!! This is really a mockery! I ordered the bag on March 31st, received it on April 23rd, I opened the package and was horrified. It was not packaged as new, it was covered in grease stains and scratched, and there were glue residues on it. I want to return this bag, since I bought a new product, not a used one. They tell me that I have to pay for the return! this is impossible ! I will go to the police and file a complaint on the Baginni website
