Broke my glasses frame but my lenses… Broke my glasses frame but my lenses were still good. Ordered a replacement frame from OSSA online. Frame arrived promptly a few days after ordering. Realized I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size frame for my lenses. Before the two week return period expired, I spoke to Mr. Vittale in customer service and explained my mistake. He issued me an RMA to return the frames. OSSA refunded my purchase. Excellent customer service.
