Both products were exactly as advertised if not in better condition than expected. The prices were very fair and shipping was fast. Service was fast Service was fast. Item condition as described (and better), although one item - a watch - was wrist size as described, but was not possible (too small) to fit over hand to get to wrist, and was a one piece, not an open band. But both items were beautiful. Customer service was wonderful when I had to call about delivery. Return was a chore, and expensive - but that was more UPS than . (Would be good to have more in person return options.) Waiting for status of return - will update if necessary.
