Great Wig! I love this Jessie wig so much that I just ordered another one. The density is very realistic and the color blend is just the perfect in between blonde and dark. The cap is very comfortable, which is the main reason I bought this wig. Highly recommend!

I was a little concerned because of the reviews stating they only send the best wigs to the influencers but I am here to tell you that’s not true. I am super satisfied with this wig and this company. I received this wig within 3 days after ordering and any questions or concerns I had the assured me not to worry. They also gave me a few gifts with my order. If you’re thinking about ordering….dont! Just order it I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you hairvivi for giving me great quality wigs and great customer service you have a customer for life.

Lovely hair I absolutely loved my unit, it was very soft no tangling and very little shedding. Wore the unit on vacation and got it wet in pool water and beach water many times and still was full and beautiful

If I could give zero I would If I could give zero I would. They are scammers. They sent a synthetic blend wig that’s supposed to be 100% real virgin human hair ($600), they delete negative reviews from their website so you are being deceived into thinking it’s all positive reviews, it’s not, and the hair breaks off and comes out of the lace in patches. I would avoid them. I reported them to the FTC (federal trade commission) and attorney general with the AG saying they will investigate this company further. I’ve tried to return this wig for weeks and just getting the run around. Honestly, I’ll just be happy if the FTC / AG takes action against them and protects other consumers. And Claire or whoever the heck you are please don’t even respond. You are the absolutely most despicable company I’ve ever done business with. Liars. They actually said they don’t delete negative reviews when I put a negative review on their website and less than 3 days later it was deleted. I have a screenshot of someone else putting a negative review on their website and wouldn’t you know it, a few days later - deleted. I took screenshots when the review was up and when it was deleted. I wish I would add the screenshots here. This is illegal per the FTC AND AG as it’s deceptive and fraudulent. You’ve been warned. This company SUCKS. Plus most of the reviews on here are also fake.

2 year Hairvivi update - don’t believe ‘influencers’ 2 year Hairvivi update! bought this hair in 2022, looked AMAZING! I was in love so I treated it so well. Even if they dyed the lace a little too orange for me. After wearing it a few times, I noticed lots of tangling in the back of the wig. And then came the shedding in the front part of the lace, leaving huge spaces empty. Wasn’t able to hide it anymore. The expensive hair has been laying in a box for over a year now.. Careful what you spend your money on. Incredibly disappointing !! $456 in the garbage
