Quality is extremely disappointing… Their quality is extremely disappointing. I provided them with the Nature’s Path Organic logo for digitization on the left chest of polos. The density was so high that it resulted in Bird Nesting, ruining all the 12 shirts. I was charged $18 for what I consider a subpar job. Additionally, I discovered they are not based in the US; instead, they operate from Pakistan, relying on amateur individuals working from home without an in-house digitizing department.

I am always skeptical when I try new companies for new services, especially from online contacts I find from forums/google searches, but this company was very prompt in their responses, they quoted competitive good prices, and worked very quickly! I live in Fort Washington, MD and these services are difficult to find in person in my area. Turn around time was very surprising. Especially around my specific requests. The design I received was beautiful! Very well done, they provide quality work for a great price. I am satisfied and will certainly return to them regularly for what I need.

The design quality is fine The design quality is fine. It is a pretty straightforward process from one service provider to another to convert an image to a digitized file. The intro offer is good but when I tried to take them up on their website advertised offer, they would not honor the offer. “ Please note! This offer is valid for new customers first order only. So you can order as many designs as you want to get digitized in your first order.”

my first experienced ever digitizing anything i must say that everyone i have worked with these last two days are awesome. i will never go anywhere else to have anything digitized. i will recommed you to everyone i know you are all fantasic.
