The metal trim on my ordered bag was incorrect but Emily found a solution quickly with no fuss. The bag is great and despite the metal trim colour I'm very happy with it. Lovely soft leather and very well made. I had the real thing in my hands recently and apart from inside finish there is nothing between them.
