Absolutely no communication. Absolutely no communication. Bought 4 jumpers as gifts on 1.10.23 received no information, except a tracking number for yun express, which have the most appalling reviews on here. They still have no update on yun express. I have emailed them 3 times and the site says will reply in 24hours and I haven't heard back in over a week from my first email. I keep messaging them via email Facebook and Instagram to try get any information, but still haven't heard anything nearly 4 weeks since ordering. Really concerned it's a scam company. Took my money, haven't responded once, and now I'm concerned I'm not going to be able to get my money back. From my experience would not recommend this company.

Delivery delay, not top quality for the money 21 st May I ve made an order,25th June today and still waiting,of course its not their fault but delivery - courier fault, also the material is not too quality so is extremely expensive for this quality, but maybe its the best material for best printing quality! Print is like a real violin 🎻!

They make very beautiful hoodies with the photos I want. They have made very beautiful hoodies with my dog's photos and they even wrote the name of my dogs on each sleeves as I asked them to do for me. They made me a hoodie which is very warm and very beautiful also. I adore it. I decide to ask them to make me another warm hoodie with the photo of my Daisy. I will also ask them to make for me other hoodies with zippers because they are very practical. I forgot to mention the beautiful colors of the hoodies and they try to find the best color who goes with each dogs!!

The T-shirt looks really beatiful and… The T-shirt looks really beatiful and the material feels great. They are big sized and very comfortable. I ordered still another one and also one for a good friend of mine :-) Thanks for your good job, I'm looking forward to receive these cool shirts !

Love my boxer sweater!! I honestly have to say I was nervous at first. Ordering off a random site you take your chances. They had actually emailed me to let me know there was going to be a delay due to the printing not being a good enough quality for them to ship the first time. Not long after, I received notice that my product had shipped and I have to say I am absolutely in love with the fleece lined boxer “Never Walk Alone” zipper up. It is absolutely beautiful!!! Thank you for being a professional company that takes care of their client.
