GBI've never received the product I ordered I've never received the product as pictured in the ad. The picture of the hat I ordered in the ad was completely different than the one I received. My order was substituted by another product. I was totally disappointed but kept the cap that was sent as I didn't wanna deal with having to mail it back and then the refund hassle. Other than that, the products I've received from this company have been correct according to my order.

GBExcellent hats Excellent hats! I purchased a ball cap style hat and a knit cap recently and both were excellently embroidered, packaged well, and arrived quickly. The embroidered images were sharp and no loose threads or defects! The pictures of the products captured the true appearance of the items (one thing I always worry about) and was the main reason I chose this vender over others--including ones on the big 2-day shipper site!

GBRecieved my hat only to see that…its horribly assembled Recieved my hat only to see that quality control failed to do there job the brim is crooked lettering dont line up bill is crooked . Not pleased at all considering ita a vietnam vet hat and we like things squared away i wont ware it looking like that. Sloppy assembly of the hat maybe it was just a bad one but unsatisfactory for me
