Product quality is top notch and the finishing is fantastic. They could improve on their packaging of their product as the bag I ordered came in this beautiful drawstring canvas bag but it was obvious that it was too tightly packed and caused the bag to cramp and crease. Just a little bigger bag would have been better.

Great gift! Got the Coleman as a gift for my brother and he loves it. He travels a lot and he liked everything about the duffle bag. Perfect for a weekend trip. Waited a bit (around 2 weeks) for it to be delivered since the size was not available on hand but I didn't mind. Customer support was very responsive and a tracker was provided so you know the progress on the delivery. Overall satisfied with the service and more importantly the quality of their bags.
