Impressed Our family was so impressed with this banquet center while attending my mother's funeral luncheon - they thought it was a new building! April and Tom were so helpful and professional. We are so fortunate to have this facility and caring staff so close to us. The food was served hot and everyone was pleased. Thank you.

When we arrived to setup When we arrived to setup, the two ladies greeted us and explained to us that we could do our setup and if we had any questions to just ask either one of them. They had the food done for us a little earlier than expected. That was great because of the snow storm starting and the people attending the party could eat earlier so we could have the meal and party. Everyone got home safely. Everyone loved the food. They always have great food at the events there. I’ve been to many events there and the food was always amazing. That’s why we picked them for our party.

April Was Amazing April was amazing! She was so helpful and went out of her way to see that everything was perfect for our memorial celebration of life. The food was wonderful and the servers kept replenishing often. Nobody left hungry that’s for sure. The cost was reasonable as well. This is the perfect place to have an event. I highly recommend Northampton Event & Banquet Center. With April as your event planner, you will have a wonderful event and your guests will be impressed for sure.
