Completely through my own laziness (the sizes were clearly printed - and explained), I purchased a pair of sunglasses that were too big for me. I contacted the site about an exchange and the owner of the shop got right back to me. She walked me through the process of choosing the correct size (including sending me a picture of the glasses on a mannequin’s head!), and made the exchange incredibly easy. The glasses are exactly as advertised - very nice - and reasonably priced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They even included a free gift for my son and a discount coupon for future use. I highly recommend Trovelle for sunglasses, especially that their prices can't be beat. I could have easily spent $100-$150 more at a nearby mall. One thing I find lacking is variety, but they seem to curate popular models and styles.
