I ordered a pair of sunglasses from… I ordered a pair of sunglasses from this company which I thought would be good after reading various reviews. I had to email them to find out where my glasses were but they emailed back saying that the lens had a scratch, should have realised then there was something wrong so they changed the lenses and sent the glasses. When I received the glasses they were worn and the colouring was flaking off and there were dirt marks around the frame and the hindges had black gunge which would indicate that this frame was worn before and not a new pair. I was very disappointed and now have returned the frames costing me for the return postage and they charged me for delivery so not happy at all will not be ordering again.

Had an issue with a new pair of… Had an issue with a new pair of sunglasses. They reached out to the manufacturer and I recieved a new pair resolving the issue. The staff was polite and helpful. To be fair, for reasons beyond their control it did not happen over night, but they followed through and they understood the assignment.

This is the worst company I have ever… This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Shipping was delayed and missed a birthday, so company told me to reject the parcel and they would be returned to them, I did this only to be told by company to be patient and I would be refunded in full. A month later and UPS have just delivered me the sunglasses, so the company blatantly lied! They came in a grubby box, very poorly packed and like a previous review these sunglasses are scratched, marked and clearly second hand! I would urge you to avoid this company at all costs! THEE BEST! Check them out for yourself... Do you ever get the feeling the help at optical shops are sizing you up before pricing their wares? I learned from experience. I shopped the malls, the expensive boutiques, the online discounters... let me tell you, Good See Co. is the best. Their prices are fair and their service impeccable. Oliver at Good See has helped me throughout the entire shopping experience -- totally online -- and I am not an easy customer. I am a little picky and wanted just the right frames for the money spent. Oliver patiently replied to my emails and made the entire experience enjoyable. I ordered a frame, sent it back, ordered again... found one I really liked and went ahead. I bought two pairs of Mykita frames with Rx lenses. Any questions, I zip an email and Oliver replies. Before I found Good See online, I walked into a local optical shop at a mall (one of the nicer shops selling designer frames) and guess what? They wanted $1500-1600 for one pair. Good See charged half for the identical product. Need I say more? Give them a try.
