LOVE LOVE LOVE💗 Where do I begin...it all started with the stress of trying to find a fun, classy number for my good friend's bridal shower. I looked EVERYWHERE, then one of the girls told me about RR. I am so happy she did! I ended up purchasing several dresses. The prices are fantastic, as is the quality. Issue was dealt with and sorted switly In the first instance I gave RicketyRack a 1 star rating after becoming very frustrated trying to contact them over a small issue I had (not with product or service) But after posting my 1 star rating I was contacted by RicketyRack who move very swiftly to sort out the issue. The staff member I dealt with was very professional and very polite. On this experience alone I retract my 1 star rating and have to say that I am pleased that I posted here and im pleased that all is resolved and I feel their response was 5 star.
