It was a slight long process to… It was a slight long process to actually receive the bag but I understand it takes time to make it and apply the name and things. The bag is gorgeous! I was disappointed when I received the… I was disappointed when I received the bag. I like my bags to have zippers and this bag does not have one. It will most likely just sit in my closet and not be used. It was a waste of money. I should have paid more attention I guess.
