I wish I could say how beautiful my… I wish I could say how beautiful my daughters Minnie Mouse and pearl earrings look beautiful on her! But I don’t know I didn’t get them! Due to covid USPS is able to sign for packages (keep that in mind) they never showed me where “I” signed for my package I went to usps they didn’t do anything it’s been 2 weeks I get an email they don’t refund my money even tho I don’t have my earrings! It is clear they cannot afford to give refunds even if it is not my fault. I never said usps didn’t deliver it I don’t know, now I am saying someone could have taken it because I wasn’t asked to sign nor did I know it came one day earlier I notified jeweled lullaby first thing the next morning. I will not do business with them again. I have a video of the USPS manager saying I didn’t sign for it because it was in my mail carriers notes that he did due to covid. When I sent Jeweled lullaby that video PROOF!! They ignored it. Not matter, Visa got my money back since I HAD PROOF even though they like to ignore it. All I can say it’s sad when a business cares more about profit then customer satisfaction. Had I been satisfied I would have been a repeat customer and made referrals but instead they offer me a “discount” off my “next” purchase, even though I didn’t get my first. Horrible never again!
