Everything was good quality, some items even better quality than I received from websites from the U.S. Nothing looks cheap or haphazardly put together. I spent $300 plus, but will definitely order again shipping took about 5 business days but once processed received in 5. A 10-day turnaround from overseas is excellent. So happy with my purchases

MY Bag Arrived at Last Upgrading to four stars as I received my bag after many weeks of silence from their warehouse move. On 8/11 received email with tracking info and today my bag arrived! So be patient. I really believe they are making good on their obligations but moving facility has put them extremely behind. My LV Pallas bag is gorgeous and authentic looking. Amazing quality.
