MY Bag Arrived at Last Upgrading to four stars as I received my bag after many weeks of silence from their warehouse move. On 8/11 received email with tracking info and today my bag arrived! So be patient. I really believe they are making good on their obligations but moving facility has put them extremely behind. My LV Pallas bag is gorgeous and authentic looking. Amazing quality. If their website comes up again I will be ordering again.

Still waiting, called twice in July and customer service answered that I suppose to receive my package late August or early September! I'm trying to be patient but after 2 months and losing fate !
