Denied promised refund I received the bag, but it looked fake and smelled bad. The website says free 30-day returns, however, after emailing for a refund for three weeks, and them saying they would send me a label, they finally said they would not refund me because of the shipping costs. That's not what the site claims and not what they promised me earlier.

Unsure At yhis point, im concerned about when i will receive my LV bag. I have had realitively good communication through What's app but still no shipping or tracking info even though your company said that they shipped my package. Order # 5400 (414-617-9393) i will give five stars and take this down as soon as i get more information
