Not impressed Placed order, money was taken out instantly. Weeks with no tracking. Was told that it is a delay to ship until jan 31st due to a Holliday. 2 weeks and I have still not received any tracking information. This was supposed to be an anniversary gift. But it's going to be a month late. Very dissatisfied with customer service. I can review a product that I still do not have ,but I paid for....... Update... still no product and or shipping info. I think I may have gotten scammed

The engravings are the only problem The packaging was really nice but it doesn't even look like its actual engravings and the engravings are horrible but over all it's very nice and came when I wanted it to come in time and the only problem was the engravings.

So far so good,We're both wearing our rings now So far so good, my other half will be getting her ring tomorrow ,along with the bonus earrings, my ring fits snug, Thank You for being so helpful when I misunderstood the ordering process,thats my review before showing my other half, I have say now we both LOVE the jewelry we received from Allbezia , everything worked out great.
