They pay the difference to an account that is worthless. I feel betrayed. If someone wants, I can send a price comparison for my cruise, which the company ignored.

Don't even bother ok, first, ignorance. we were trying to book family trip of five. request for one cabin went through. no response at all from them at all. they won't let you to spend your hard earned money in way those people are promising. no prompt response at all.
