Beautiful bag great customer service The customer service from this company is exceptional. I received emails every step of the process, letting me know where my product was in the creation process. I even was able to view my bag before it was made to make sure everything was right customer service was exceptional.

This was my second purchase... This was my second purchase with this company. The quality of the bags is very good. The wait for shipping, however, is a bit too long.

Please refund my purchase 0 stars. I sent an email describing the bag. It was delivered in a plastic mailer bag and therefore crushed. Probably on the bottom of tons of things coming from China on a freighter. The bottom piece of cardboard under the cloth is bent and won’t stand open. It should have been filled with paper stuffing fillers like when one purchases a handbag; it also should have been sent in a box instead of a flimsy plastic bag. It smells and has 3 oily stains on the inside. I would like a full refund.

I love the bags I love the bags. I did however receive one that was a but “wrinkled” should I say. I have to work on the shape as in shipping it was a bit crushed

Beautiful bag Beautiful bag. The large is really large but that’s fine , I carry a lot of books and papers. Can’t wait to use it in the fall.
