International shipping orders don’t arrive on time Extremely disappointed at the customer service and poor communication provided by this brand. I ordered and paid for the item on 12/09/22. I understood international shipping might take up to 10 days as stated on their website. However, this has not been my experience. The item still has not arrived! When I was tracking my order it said it should have been delivered by 20/09/22 and I am frustrated that they have not gotten back to me after I emailed them. Instead they have sent me numerous emails asking me to review their business! I don’t event have the product! I have had to contact UPS and found out it had been sitting somewhere as the address and instructions needed to be updated. I am still waiting on the package to arrive (it says it should arrive by 28/9/22) which is today and it still hasn’t arrived. I will end up returning it if it doesn’t come by Friday as I need it for an event this weekend. So disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of communication. I will not be purchasing from this brand in the future despite it being sustainable and fashionable.
