GBI would leave 6 out of 5 stars if I… I would leave 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Not because Teddybaldassarre & team are perfect, but because they truly care about the customer experience and go above and beyond to deliver excellent service and products. Wil Bethune is the Customer Satisfaction manager at TeddyB and is the reason my last 3 purchases have all been through Teddybaldassarre.com. My first purchase was initially delayed because of a purchasing error (on my part) and not only did Wil reach out personally to make sure I was satisfied; he also gave me a discount on my next purchase and expedited the shipping on my next 2 orders. He learns what items I am interested in and will even source items they don't carry if possible. He reaches out from time to time just to make sure I'm satisfied with my purchases and seems genuinely interested in the watches I have an eye on. This is invaluable in ensuring they are moving in the direction of their customers. My most recent purchase (Longines Conquest 2023 *blue dial*) was a result of a conversation I had with Wil, in which he was able to direct me to what I was looking for and even added a customer loyalty discount. I have been a fan of Teddy's on YouTube, since before he met his wife and have enjoyed watching him grow both personally and professionally. It is great to see him also developing a team that shares the same passion for watches & people. Life-time Customer here and congrats on the new store-front location!

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service, awesome new watch. Cant say anything bad about this company and also a plethora of informative videos. Read the negative reviews below and they seem fake and poorly written. UPS screwed up my order badly because they suck and they helped me get it back. Much appreciated and great YouTube videos.

GBThey have started some sketchy sales… They have started some sketchy sales tactics - probably due to trying to keep up with opening up a retail store - will not allow you to return items, will gatekeep other items, will back channel and decide whether or not to work with you. Sold their soul, unfortunately.
