This company is amazing! This company is amazing!! The customer service is fast responding and extremely helpful. I place an order on a pair of glasses they no longer had. I received an email as soon as they noticed this and continued to gave email contact until to got a new pair i chose. They also refunded my shipping because i had to wait. The sunglasses are the best! I love the lenses because i can still see and block out the sun. The frames are snug and comfortable and i am very thankful for the warranty. Thank maxxsunglasses for making an awesome product and having great customer care!! Keep it up!!

I have been wearing MAXX sunglasses for… I have been wearing MAXX sunglasses for about 6yrs and would not buy another. They keep my eyes cool from the heat and the sun while participating in outdoor activities.

Purchase went smoothly Purchase went smoothly. However, they apparently changed the design of the elastic band so that it is fixed and you cannot replace it as needed. I have an old pair with yellow lenses on which the elastic is at its limit and I was hoping to be able to swap the band from the new pair back and forth as needed but will not be able to do that

Shady Shipping Practices!! Ordered some sunglasses at 8:30am paid for ground shipping only for them to use their free shipping label. Called them and they said they would fix it. Both labels now track. But neither say UPS Ground or UPS Mail Innovations has the package despite the fact that I ordered early enough for the ordered to be fulfilled and it to be picked up by UPS per their shipping policy at 3:30pm. I guess they got back at me for calling about their shipping label mistake that they held my package up!!!

Love the sunglasses, but... Love the sunglasses, but have never been able to order the same pair twice. As soon as I find a style I like they discontinue them or are out of stock. Would not even let me view aviator styles which made me wonder if it was a website issue or completely out of stock. As many items that were out of stock I was beginning to wonder if they were even still in business. Long story short; great product, seems poorly supplied, good luck getting exactly what you want
