Money grabbing, bad quality clothing, unprofessional Sent me a hoodie with a hole in the seam, took them a month to respond when I emailed them about this. Originally they offered for me to keep the hoodie and offered £20 refund but I asked to return for full refund which they agreed. Once I returned the hoodie they refused a full refund because of 3 singular cat hairs and a tiny thing that was stuck to it (which could easily be removed with a fingernail), they claimed that it was unsellable due to this. Instead offered me £30 Instore credit and THEY keep the hoodie when it was £71. They then claimed the original offer for me to keep the hoodie and the £20 to have expired just because they're salty. Sent the item back to me, issues with the delivery being given to the wrong person resulting in my not receiving it. I’ve contacted them about this as only the seller can raise a lost item claim with royal mail but they are ignoring my emails and not answered for over 2 weeks now. So I don’t have the hoodie and have lost £71. As a response to your reply which is simply NOT TRUE. I first emailed you on the November asking to return, took you til the 18th of December to agree …. So no I’m not exaggerating. i added tracking details to the PayPal case but they closed it as I didn’t escalate (I wasn’t aware that I had to escalate) so claiming I was trying to keep the hoodie and the money is a pure lie. The image you sent me had 3 cat hairs (you claimed the inside was full of cat hair too) again untrue I checked it when it arrived back with me, you sent photos of the “clumps of hair” which again, not true, there was 3 singular strands. SHOCK HORROR CAT HAIR IS REMOVABLE, who knew!!!! Clearly not u And for the thing on the sleeve you could have removed it with ur nail but no you just didn’t want to refund me so you used this as an excuse because you’re so incapable The tote bag was free so why should I return it? And your hoodie is scratchy and uncomfy so don’t claim it’s amazing quality. Again no I’m not trying to scam you, the proof of delivery clearly shows the item was handed to someone in a lift, which is not my house, nor is it a neighbours house, nor is it the concierge. Whoever it was given to didn’t give a name, and left a scribble for a signature so elaborate on how I’m lying about not receiving it? I asked you to help me claim it as lost through Royal Mail and you’ve ignored me. What makes you think I would want to keep your hoodie 💀 it’s scratchy on the inside, not comfy at all, I have 0 interest in scamming u and keeping it I wouldn’t want to keep it even if it was free. I’m not even trying to get a refund from you anymore I’m trying to get compensated from royal mail AS THEY DIDNT FOLLOW A SINGLE DELIVERY INSTRUCTION THAT THEYRE MEANT TO But as a company you simply do not care about your customers whatsoever

Amazing quility garments and top tier service Absolutely amazing quility products especially for a small independent business. Without exaggerating they were better quility than some of the big brands you often find in retail shops on the high street . I was very happy with the hellraiser ‘pleasures’ t shirt and hoodie combination I received. Nice thick heavy premium cotton quility with an oversized fit and the printed designs were very well done and crisp. Loved the hoodie and t shirt overall but with having severe OCD I couldn’t get on with the hoodie due to the way it was printed but it wasn’t printed incorrectly, my OCD just went into overdrive mode and because it wasnt exactly as the print on the t shirt I couldn’t get on with it. Contacted uthoria regarding this issue and they were very quick at responding to me aswell as understanding my concern of not getting on with it due to my OCD. I simply had to pack the hoodie up, send it back to uthoria, wait for them to receive it and my refund was issued problem free!

Unreal quality products I haven’t ordered from them online, but I did have the opportunity to speak to them face to face at Big North Tattoo Show and see the quality for myself. Honestly, you’re 100% paying for quality with Uthoria Project - the hoodies in particularly are super thick but super soft at the same time, and the print on the products is also really really good quality. The owner/creator of the brand is absolutely lovely as well, really knows his stuff and can tell how passionate he is about what he does. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough, I’ve seen some of the stuff that’s being realised soon and can’t wait to get my hands on the stuff! Going places for sure 💯
