Money grabbing, bad quality clothing, unprofessional Sent me a hoodie with a hole in the seam, took them a month to respond when I emailed them about this. Originally they offered for me to keep the hoodie and offered £20 refund but I asked to return for full refund which they agreed. Once I returned the hoodie they refused a full refund because of 3 singular cat hairs and a tiny thing that was stuck to it (which could easily be removed with a fingernail), they claimed that it was unsellable due to this. Instead offered me £30 Instore credit and THEY keep the hoodie when it was £71. They then claimed the original offer for me to keep the hoodie and the £20 to have expired just because they're salty. Sent the item back to me, issues with the delivery being given to the wrong person resulting in my not receiving it. I’ve contacted them about this as only the seller can raise a lost item claim with royal mail but they are ignoring my emails and not answered for over 2 weeks now. So I don’t have the hoodie and have lost £71. As a response to your reply which is simply NOT TRUE. I first emailed you on the November asking to return, took you til the 18th of December to agree …. So no I’m not exaggerating. i added tracking details to the PayPal case but they closed it as I didn’t escalate (I wasn’t aware that I had to escalate) so claiming I was trying to keep the hoodie and the money is a pure lie. The image you sent me had 3 cat hairs (you claimed the inside was full of cat hair too) again untrue I checked it when it arrived back with me, you sent photos of the “clumps of hair” which again, not true, there was 3 singular strands. SHOCK HORROR CAT HAIR IS REMOVABLE, who knew!!!! Clearly not u And for the thing on the sleeve you could have removed it with ur nail but no you just didn’t want to refund me so you used this as an excuse because you’re so incapable The tote bag was free so why should I return it? And your hoodie is scratchy and uncomfy so don’t claim it’s amazing quality. Again no I’m not trying to scam you, the proof of delivery clearly shows the item was handed to someone in a lift, which is not my house, nor is it a neighbours house, nor is it the concierge. Whoever it was given to didn’t give a name, and left a scribble for a signature so elaborate on how I’m lying about not receiving it? I asked you to help me claim it as lost through Royal Mail and you’ve ignored me. What makes you think I would want to keep your hoodie 💀 it’s scratchy on the inside, not comfy at all, I have 0 interest in scamming u and keeping it I wouldn’t want to keep it even if it was free. I’m not even trying to get a refund from you anymore I’m trying to get compensated from royal mail AS THEY DIDNT FOLLOW A SINGLE DELIVERY INSTRUCTION THAT THEYRE MEANT TO But as a company you simply do not care about your customers whatsoever
