Impeccable customer service! We (a group of 10 girls) left our suitcases at The Travel Shop for the day (NY) as we had an evening flight. The staff (I think his name was Moshe) helped us from lifting our heavy suitcases, to weighing them in case they were over weight, to giving us directions to the subway and getting quotes for taxis to the airport. He was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Fantastic service in all! Would most definitely use again and highly recommend for all travel purposes including travel equipment!

High quality! I really like the luggage I just got here; it's of excellent quality and will last a long time. The luggage has a lot of compartments on the inside, which is quite useful if you have a lot of small belongings. All of their luggage is reasonably priced, and your money will be well spent.
