The free form dialogue really allows for everyone to cut past the usual canned format meetings (both internally and with any marketing agency) and truly troubleshoot the issues that are affecting our Amazon business both in the short term and the long term. I know of no better way to get all of the information that I need in one shot from multiple perspectives (current brands selling on Amazon, former Amazon employees, consultants, etc.) The discussion really allows you to get a baseline for what everyone else is dealing with whether they are an old or new business, big or small, sell small or bulk product, sell in the US or abroad - there really is something for everyone, and you get back way more valuable insight in a shorter amount of time than I have ever experienced versus other discussions, forums, agencies, service providers.
