BDAY HAIR DISASTER BUT BF CAME THROUGH I ordered my bday hair through beauty forever and unfortunately someone stole my package so I couldn’t wear my hair for my bday. I have an issue with package thieves in my area and wasn’t home at the time my package was delivered so unfortunately it was sitting out for the taking. I got in contact with customer service and they took a little bit to respond- once they did I had to file a claim and still wait for a response. They offered me only 50% refund or to reship the hair free of charge. I didn’t appreciate the 50% refund because once again, it’s my bday hair. Didn’t get to wear it on my bday…. I took the reship offer and asked for express- at first the tried to ask me to pay for it but eventually they agreed to cover that and ship a replacement. I made sure I was home for that package! Overall hair quality so far looks awesome so I’m kinda sad that I had to do an emergency style for my bday. 4/5 stars I’ll order from them again & recommend.

I stepped out my comfort zone with this… I stepped out my comfort zone with this wig and I have no regrets! I love this hair, it's true to color, true to length and shipping was fast. Every wig I have received from Beautyforever have been great. Very Happy customer

Awesome hair I’ve ordered from this company for years now, one of the best hair companies out there. Customer service is amazing, fast replies and awesome hair. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase high quality wigs and hair.

Great quality for great prices I have ordered maybe 5 wigs from here and they have never disappointed me. Quality is great and the customer service was great. I received my order quite swiftly. Nice soft smell free hair. I will be ordering again as I keep giving my wigs away 🤣🖤🤎
