BDAY HAIR DISASTER BUT BF CAME THROUGH I ordered my bday hair through beauty forever and unfortunately someone stole my package so I couldn’t wear my hair for my bday. I have an issue with package thieves in my area and wasn’t home at the time my package was delivered so unfortunately it was sitting out for the taking. I got in contact with customer service and they took a little bit to respond- once they did I had to file a claim and still wait for a response. They offered me only 50% refund or to reship the hair free of charge. I didn’t appreciate the 50% refund because once again, it’s my bday hair. Didn’t get to wear it on my bday…. I took the reship offer and asked for express- at first the tried to ask me to pay for it but eventually they agreed to cover that and ship a replacement. I made sure I was home for that package! Overall hair quality so far looks awesome so I’m kinda sad that I had to do an emergency style for my bday. 4/5 stars I’ll order from them again & recommend.

My wig was not the 18 inches it… My wig was not the 18 inches it described and it looks like a Jerry curl. I have called, emailed, and now posting this review. I want my money back and to send this unit back immediately. I will not go business with this company and will not suggest this company to anyone I know. The will not respond to me and have been calling and emailing since Feb 27 with no response.

first time to try their products… first time to try their products hopefully it will work but they said it’s all korean products so im hundred percent it is a great product..the seller is very patient and accommodating with all the questions and inquiries..and the best thing is they have sale items which is good for our budget..thanks and will update you with the effects of what i bought in ur shop..happy 3rd year anniversary to ur shop..more years to come and more customers to be satisfied!
