I supported the Lance Air Frame… I supported the Lance Air Frame campaign and received the pair of glasses that I had ordered from them. Later on they offered their supporters a opportunity to purchase additional glasses and accessories. I had ordered a pair of Hausman Clip-on sunshades and a case. It’s been almost a year when I placed that order and have yet to receive either. Initial glasses were the best Initial glasses were the best, then the next crowdfunded, then the air's (screws got loose), bu the customer service has always been non-existent, and now they don't even have a functioning website?! Thay just continue to create new campaigns leaving old supporters behind?!

Warby Parker upgrade Usually I shop pretty cheaply for glasses, but this time decided to splurge a little on Lance. I got the Havana frames, and had a perfect experience. The frames came quickly; are well-made; and get a ton of compliments. They're better-made than the several Warby Parker frames I've had, and more stylish. I'm surprised by all the bad reviews, and super happy with my experience — I'll order from Lance again!

Do not buy Lance glasses! I have given them every opportunity to prove me wrong, but here goes. Do not purchase from them, they provide poor quality products hiding behind a “French” design banner, super advanced technology, and “crowdfunding” myth. I have sun clips go rusty, glasses break within a week and scratched lenses. They are not to be dealt with.

The glasses are designed very well however... The glasses are designed very well. However, They last about a year to a year and a half. The customer experience is almost terrible. Like writing this preview in a french speaking page. Luckily I know some words. Everything takes long time, from the day of order till the glasses arrive can take a year. Until your last project all the lenses had to be blue filtered which is troubling. The prices are not clear during the campaign such as add-ons for prescriptive lenses. And eventually it can turn out to expansive.
