This is my first review ever This is my first review ever. Luxy Moon is a good company. Received my package via FedEx in a timely manner. Fanny pack I ordered was nice... Good quality. Fanny pack has a leather strap and a leather swatch to show the material it's made of but the fanny pack itself seems to be a little on the thin side re the leather.

Bad Customer Service and Poor Product Quality I ordered a crossbody purse from their site that took over a week just to ship. When I received it, the quality of the material initially seemed okay and I liked how it looked but the loop that attached the shoulder strap to the body of the purse broke within 3 uses. I contacted Luxy Moon about either a refund or replacement but because it was over their 14 day return window they said they couldn't do anything about it. I contacted them 17 days after the delivery date, that's only THREE DAYS past their window. They didn't even reply to a second email I sent them. Now I'm out $80 and have a purse I can't even use. Edit: I had wrote a similar review directly on their site along with a picture of the purse and they removed it. DO NOT trust this company or the reviews on their site. They clearly don’t stand by their own product.

Poor experience I was told the purse I purchased was not available four days after placing the order. Then I selected a replacement but it has not been sent out yet. Luxy does not have customer service number to call so I sent an email and was advised the warehouse is backed up and they don’t know when it will be shipped. I am very disappointed in my first experience purchasing from Luxy! I wish I had purchased the purse elsewhere.

Quick response...told me the size I…fair and honest Quick response...told me the size I ordered was wrong for me and which size I should order...I took her advice and just received my beautiful new coat...it fits perfectly and is just what I wanted at a good price!
