GBHorrible experience-What you see won't be what you get Horrible experience! What you see is NOT what you will get! They take your money and hold onto it for over 3 months, ignoring your emails. After more than 20 emails sent to their customer service and advising them that I was going to inform the social media influencer that recommended their wigs, and 3 months later, they finally sent wig. However, they sent the wrong type of hair, body wave. I didn't order body wave! When I emailed and complained about what they sent, they had the nerve to respond by suggesting that I try using a curling iron to make the wig curly like the curl pattern/hair type that it should be! Now they are back to ignoring my emails again! Buyers beware as this company obviously can not be trusted. They will take your money and send you junk. Poor business practice to ignore paying customers rather than correct YOUR mistake. So sad!

DEIt's the LOVE for me!! Honestly, It's the love! Not only did they keep up with the status of my shipment, they also made sure I was notified of each step. The customer service is so personal. They made me feel like I was their only client. When I received my wig. They followed up with me and guys this may not mean much to some but they literally said. "I love you" and that they appreciate me trusting the brand! Love conquers all and I believe they put alot of love in their products and services! My favorite

GBMULTIPLE Issues. I do not understand the hype with this company. So disappointed with my experience with this company. I needed a blonde wig specifically for a new job by a certain date. Before ordering, I reached out, explained my situation, and asked if they could guarantee package arrival by that date. They assured me it would be rush delivered and not to worry about a thing. The package was multiple days late. I had to spend more money on a wig from a local beauty store last minute. When the wig did arrive, it was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. It didn’t fit, no coverage around the temples/ears. So thin that the wefts all the way down to my nape area were visible in the back no matter how I tried to situate it. The lace was very visible as well, not “HD”. I requested a refund and went back and forth with them for days as they tried to offer me everything except my money back. I’d already gone out and bought another wig! Finally I agreed to just let them send me a new “custom” one if I paid an upcharge for the difference. After all the hassle, they should’ve just let me return the first wig and sent me a better one for the SAME price. I was so fed up by that point I gave in. It took ages to arrive. When it did, the hair quality was terrible. Over bleached, fried, and stringy. I tried saving it with an expensive bond repair mask and no luck. My synthetic wigs have more movement than this. The lace is still crap. I’ve tried makeup, melting sprays, everything. Not a “slip on and go wig” like they advertise with lace like that. $200+ and weeks later and this is where I’m at.
