Excellent quality material Excellent quality material, although another inch length on the shoulder strap would have been nice. I would have liked a tracking number to follow where it was and to know when it would arrive, but otherwise very pleased.

SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS IS BACKWARDS While it was easy enough to print the return label, I was annoyed that I had to pay for shipping; moreover was charged for it before my return was processed. If anything, the return shipping cost should just be deducted from the refund. Otherwise, I do like MT West and will continue to be a customer.

They're worth the price I own a few of their purses love the high quality and wear..the packaging is awesome only thing I'd suggest a snap to pull the center zip compartment to one side or I'd like to see it removed for more open space.. BUT I love their purses and get lots of compliments
