Sizing is completely wrong Sizing is completely wrong. I was sent the wrong original size plus it didn't fit. Contacted customer service and they blamed me not being able to read a size chart. Plus the necklace I ordered looks nothing like the item I ordered online. Terrible experience. I will never order again.

If I could give these crooks 0 stars I … If I could give these crooks 0 stars I would, inferior products, shipping took forever to receive my order, customer service was horrible and their restock fee combined with the cost of shipping products back make it a waste to even bother trying to get your money back. I'd never do business with these crooks again!

EDIT: In response to their response. I attempted to contact and never got a response. I returned the one of the wrong size and never received any response to that either. I was not ambushing. Simply stating my OPINION. That is what a review is... an opinion. As far as not receiving any further refunds, whatever. I am not concerned about that. I can now add that, IN MY OPINION, the response received, I do not see any sort of professionalism in handling this matter. No further business will ever be conducted with the company.
