I love it! They exhibited amazing customer service. I appreciate that they reached out to me to inquire about the date of my graduation to insure that my cap insert would arrive on time. To me, it truly shows that they value the experience of their customers.

It’s very flimsy and doesn’t stay on… It’s very flimsy and doesn’t stay on the students head. We couldn’t use it. Wasted our money. Response: we watched the videos and read the instructions. it was inserted properly like the instructions said. it’s just not a one size fits all, if you have a child with a smaller head it doesn’t fit. It’s a good idea and maybe it works for some, just didn’t work for us.
