GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Not willing to work out problems. After multiple msgs of item not received even if the package said delivered. Not willing to help out . Sending the wrong packages on previous orders.

CAHaving juNost read a series of bad… Having just read a series of bad reviews, I thought I should send in my review. I've ordered two hats so far and they have been nothing but on point. To make clear, I don't work for them. I've just had good experiences. I've also never had to deal with customer service soooo. The quality of hats I've ordered have been terrific. Presentation has been impeccable. I have not had an issue with size because I order 8s or snapbacks (I've a big head). Hopefully some good reviews come about.

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE SHADY… DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE SHADY BUSINESS. I ordered hat tried it on once and sent it back because it was too large. They told me they couldn’t accept the hat because it was dirty. I literally had the hat on for maybe 2 minutes. I repeat do not do business with this unreputable business.
