Worst Customer Service My son really wanted a pair Los Reyes sunglasses for his birthday. The glasses were fairly priced so I ordered them. I received a shipping notice within a couple days with a tracking number. I checking the tracking number for 3 days after I received it and there was no updates. I emailed about the status multiple times and never got a reply. I reached via social media and still no reply. The customer service was awful. I will never order from them again

Would’ve been 5 stars but A little better packaging would be nice rather than a bag. The box come a little smashed just glad the glasses weren’t damaged

The glasses were received timely The glasses were received timely, but we never received the sohoodie. I reached out to you, and was notified the sohoodie was going to be shipped from another warehouse. And to notify you if I didn't get the sohoodie by the next week. We haven't received it, I sent another email informing you we hadn't received it and I haven't heard anything from you.
