Poor customer service! Poor customer service!! They sent the wrong glasses. We emailed them the day we received the package and didn’t receive a response for 3 days. Their email just told us to use a different email group which we did immediately. We then received another email telling us to send an email to the first email address we already sent a message to. It has now been over two weeks with no response. Very disappointing to say the least!

I purchased TWO sunglasses cases and… I purchased TWO sunglasses cases and only received one. Sent out two emails and never received a response back. Great product but disappointed with the lack of communication.

Still have not received our sunglasses after almost 2 weeks now We purchased our 2 pairs of sunglasses on November 21st. As of today, still have not received it. Tried to contact the customer service via email, no response. Very disappointed so far.
