She often answers my emails unrelated to her store and I found her to be a great guide to this baby witch.

Items take too long to be delivered. I ordered my ear cuff on December 15. I still haven't received it. I heard from the seller that it was taking time in customs on Jan 1, and I checked, but per the tracking link, it hasn't moved out of Serbia Post since Jan 5. I contacted the seller 3 days ago, but haven't heard back. If I had any idea it would be this complicated, I never would have ordered anything.
