USVery disappointed Very disappointed. Bought wallet for my husband 2 years ago. Loved it then fell apart after a year. Contacted them and they sent replacement last year right away which was great. This year screws falling out. I have emailed them 4 times in the last month about replacement no response. Supposedly lifetime warranty but useless if they don’t respond and no phone number.

USTop Notch Customer Service I was looking for a new wallet with a different design and after 2 months of research, I chose and ordered Titan X in September because it checked off all of my needs. I’ve never before spent over $30 for a wallet but with the great reviews, I went ahead and purchased it. Let me tell you that this is a great product that is backed up by phenomenal customer service. The credit card slider somehow broke off and I was nervous about the credit cards. I spoke with the Customer Service Manager, Josh who was very professional and helpful. He helped me get my cards out and he said that I will be getting a brand new replacement wallet within week without me asking. There are many companies that will have you beg for a compensation, but Titan X stands by its product and will make sure that you have the best experience even outside of your pockets. If your looking for a top quality wallet, buy Titan X.
