Awesome products and customer service I've been customer for quite some time now, having bought a total of 6 sneakers, being the latest the Jordan 4 retro Black Cats which arrived in perfect condition! I'm in Mexico and the whole process took 1 month and their customer service is always excellent! I highly recommend their products.

Great quality Great quality. It is exactly what is advertise and in most cases better in person when I receive both the sneakers and clothes. Shipping and Tracking could be better with regards to getting the tracking number earlier in the process. However, once you get the tracking number, the items normally arrive within few working days which is great. They are very good at what they do.

Taken money then silence Placed an order over six weeks ago, still nothing. Got told an item was out of stock so changed item after backwards and forwards over slow emails. Now I’m just being completely ignored. Emailed 5 times since last reply over 2 weeks ago. Not a peep!
