Best shop I’ve ever seen and used!!! Im from Germany. I ordered so so many things like shoes and clothes at Uaplg and the quality is amazing and looks and feels like the authentic ones I swear. The delivery time was everytime roundabout 10-15 days and the package was never damaged. The WhatsApp and Instagram Support is always helpful, friendly and amazing. tracking and customer service is horrible I ordered my shoes and they said that in 72hrs I would receive my tracking info that didn't happen and when I emailed them back they gave me a tracking number but it doesn't ever show that the shoes have been picked up yet and now I am getting worried because I ordered them on 3-2-22 and it still says they are in transit from 3-12-22 and its 3-20-22 i just want a refund. i would have really like to see the quality of their shoes just to fact check that they are legit but it doesnt seem like thats going to happen. this is very frustrating!!!!!!
