Hello??? No reply from customer service! Feeling ripped off I think the customer service is horrible. Slides arrived with the fur on one Slide twisted and really looks terrible And The other slide makes a noise with every step. I told Belinda Fu and she seemed ok but I can't get any reply from customer service via email. Messenger or online site live chat. I am not sure why but the return address label on my package is not correct, Canada Post told me that so all I want is the proper shipping address. I guess my time means nothing because I have been ignored for weeks now. Crap service and the slides I recieved...no good at all I m feeling ripped off. BBB is the next step and social media and sezzle. I paid for mine but they accept sezzle for payments so maybe sezzle should consider the stores which they have on their site. I only write this review because I have tried too many times for a reply. Worst thing is, I was so looking forward to my slides Thought this was called foxxytoes not foxxywoes

delivered 2 wrong address… i put in my correct address & it still got sent out to the wrong address… haven’t received my order yet & i reached out & no response so far. also, i wasn’t informed that my order got sent to the wrong address, i just had to check with the tracking number bcuz in my email it said it had been delivered, but nothing was in the mail. i’m disappointed bcuz i’ve ordered from here before & there was no problem. i do understand the mistake, as things may be busy & it was an accident, but i also paid for them & not tryna waste my money on orders that can’t be delivered to my properly.
