Ok ish It took quite a long time to arrive and although the bag looks lovely the material is really plasticky.

I still think this company is… I still think this company is terrible!! I placed my order 05/16 and still no sign of the item. I called the company and the company hone just rang. I sent in emails no response. But when I wrote my review on my experience with this company is when I get a response to my email. A representative finally emailed me back giving excuses and telling me I need to remove my previous review on this company because the ordeal is not the companies fault. I’m not moved by the excuses made by this company and I was asked to review MY experience with your company if you don’t like it too bad do better next time. I still don’t have the item I ordered on 5/16 which is an inconvenience to me and my money wasn’t returned to me as requested. Now there has been a new tracking number sent to me. I wish I could give this company zero stars but you have to pick at least one. I would NEVER order from this company EVER again. 👎🏾

I’m from the uk and the shipping was a breeze with no extra chargers when it arrived and let me tell you I received lots of updates on my order as it went through the stages of shipping so I knew exactly where it was thanks so much I will definitely be buying again !

I’m very disappointed I’m very disappointed. I received the wrong color bag and it also came distorted looking. It looks like it was crushed and I won’t even be able to wear it.
