I loved the print I loved the print, but the fabric was tough. Good enough to retain because the print is extremely beautiful. But, even after washing with fabric softener, the fabric still feels scratchy, which is unfortunate. They agreed to exchange me for a new, better one

Horrible service and quality I put my dog down in October, so this is the first Christmas without her in 15 years. I wanted a sweater that reminded me of her. I paid the express shipping fee, which said it would arrive by Christmas. I barely received it on January 2nd and it was not a size small. It was 3 sizes too big. When I asked to be refunded the express shipping cost, I was told "if we refund too much we won't make money on the sale". Horrible quality and horrible customer service. I emailed them after they responded to this review and I haven't received a response. What a joke.
