HORRIBLE customer service! HORRIBLE customer service!! I ordered two t-shirts both size large and I received both of them in size XL. We cannot wear these and requested a return shipping label so I can return these for a refund. I am told this company does not have the capability !!!!!!

T-shirts are excellent quality T-shirts are excellent quality. Sizes are accurate. Definitely worth the wait. Would have been 5 stars, but delivery took 4 weeks

Horrible service and quality I put my dog down in October, so this is the first Christmas without her in 15 years. I wanted a sweater that reminded me of her. I paid the express shipping fee, which said it would arrive by Christmas. I barely received it on January 2nd and it was not a size small. It was 3 sizes too big. When I asked to be refunded the express shipping cost, I was told "if we refund too much we won't make money on the sale". Horrible quality and horrible customer service. I emailed them after they responded to this review and I haven't received a response. What a joke.

I am worried about the order shipping time, Small shipping difficulties were resolved immediately. All talks were kind and friendly, even when there appeared to be an issue with my purchase.
