CAGreat Customer Service! Bought a LV vintage handbag from Jebwa. Upon ordering, I received instant communication with a representative, Ray. He was fantastic, and let me know the steps to follow for shipping. I ordered the bag Monday September 21st and it arrived today, Sunday September 27th via DHL! There were fees I had to pay to DHL ($119) as the bag was coming from the US to Canada. Super fast delivery, very impressed! The bag is exactly as described, and 100% authentic. It also came with an authenticity card. The bag itself smells a bit musty, however, that’s to be expected with a vintage bag. Overall, VERY impressed with the customer service, how fast I received the purse, and the bag! I would recommend Jebwa and will absolutely buy with them again! -Cindy Brown

GBI would never buy from them again I would never buy from them again. The LV bag I received is in a very bad shape and I have to bring it to an LV store to change the handles and Leather trim. It would have been OK if the condition of the bag was honestly described during the Poshmark show but it was not. Basically a rip off and I don't advise anyone to buy from Jebwa.

GBI bought 2 unbranded chains I bought 2 unbranded chains, 2 LV lock and key. Both chains pealed and started to tarnish with in 2 times wearing. Never in water and wiped with microfiber and stored in jewelry box. I emailed both emails addresses for Jebwa with invoice and pictures. I received 1 response asking for invoice and that was it. Very disappointed.

GBLove them! Beautiful bag in great condition & amazing price! Jebwa always does a great job of taking photos and describing the bags so I knew exactly what I was getting. It’s even more stunning in person! I’ve purchased 3 bags so far and will definitely be back!

GBPosh show purchase I purchased a bag through Poshmark, and the hosts claimed it was in great condition. However, upon receiving it, I noticed a large black dirt spot and cracked handles. Unfortunately, these defects were not visible under the bright lights of the Poshmark show, and they even ceased creating listings for auctioned bags. The hosts seem to prioritize selling at all costs and often fail to disclose accurate item conditions. In fact, they even laughed and exclaimed, 'Oh my gosh, can't believe someone returned it,' as Raquel expressed her disbelief. If they simply refrained from lying about the condition of their items, returns could be avoided. Additionally, it's misleading to label it as an auction when it doesn't truly adhere to the principles of an auction. Essentially, the hosts are merely removing items from their listings and reducing the price by $100-$200 before selling them. bags are often overpriced for the condition.
